The club sails every Sunday afternoon from 1 September through to 30 April.

Kayaking

Kayak at your own leisure or in groups who are content to cruise around the lake at our own pace and time.

Declarations:

1. I attend and participate in the Regatta exclusively at my own risk and at all times I have the option of not participating in or withdrawing from the Regatta at any time.

2. I consent to receive such medical aid or preventative treatment which may be deemed advisable in the discretion of event medical oﬃcials in the event of any injury, accident or illness to me as a result of my participation in the Regatta.

3. I agree to abide by and accept the rules and regulations of the regatta whether announced on the day or prior to and to accept the decisions of the Race Committee.

4. I consent to the free use of my name and pictures of me in any video or print by the Griﬃth Sailing Club Inc. in relation to the event.

5. I declare that my boat is fully insured for third party loss/damage.

Indemnity:

Injury to participants and damage to boats can and does happen in the sport of sailing. I hereby indemnify and agree as a condition of participation in the regatta to keep indemniﬁed the organising committee the Griﬃth Sailing Club Inc., their oﬃcers, members, servants and agents in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature, which my be made upon them in connections with or however arising from their participation or intended participation involved in the organisation of the regatta. I accept that the organising committee, the Griﬃth Sailing Club Inc., their oﬃcers, members, servants and agents accept not responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury to loss or damage to property which may be sustained by reason of their participation or intended participation in the regatta or howsoever arising in connection with the regatta.
